We will arrange a free pick up from your place at a mutually decided time.
Whenever you choose to self-ship the item, dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request.
On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.
Terms & Conditions
Return the item within 15 days of the receipt.
Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact. Altered and illegible serial number will also void return.
We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at Dheerexpo@gmail.com.We will replace it without any cost after examining the returned items.
India: “15 Days Hassle-Free Return” is valid for purchase within India only (Not applicable for custom rug).
International- Return policy is applicable on manufacturing defects only.
